4 ways to embrace your body right now, while still working to “change it”:
- Get curious – what’s going on in your body? What doesn’t feel right? Anything
feel off? - Set an intention based on what you discovered. How can you advocate for yourself?
- Mindfulness
- Letting go of perfection
Truth Talk: you can still embrace who you are while working to “better yourself”. The key is believing there is nothing wrong with you.
It’s all about choosing to accept and become, rather than reject and fix.
